I have been creating in clay on and off since 1982. It remains my favorite and most intuitive medium. Working in clay is meditative and calming. Time flows by, my left brain gets a rest, and when I look up hours later I am surprised at what has emerged from the mud. I love the organic shapes that emerge when I exert some (but not too much) control over the clay. My forms are meant to be elegant, playful, and based on natural forms.
